RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you’ve changed your mind and want to return it, you can ask us if we will accept a return.

Valid reasons to return an item

  • Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  • Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
  • Delivered product is not as advertised (i.e. does not match product description or picture).
  • Delivered product does not fit.
  • Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake/conterfeit item, or expired.)

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How to return an item from your Purchase history

  1. Find the item in your Purchase history and select Return this item.
  2. Select your reason for the return.
  3. If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, add up to 10 images relevant to the reason you’re returning the item for, and showing any
  4. scratches or defects. Make sure to follow our Images, video and text policy when you’re uploading images.
  5. Select Send.

You received a damaged item, it doesn’t match the listing description, or it’s the wrong item

Here’s how the seller may respond:

  • Accept your return request and offer a full refund – You’ll return the item in the same condition in which it was received, and the seller issues you a full refund, including the original shipping cost. The seller will also pay for return shipping.
  • If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item’s value. Learn more about our Condition of returns policy.
  • Offer you a partial refund and let you keep the item – This can be a good compromise when you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase – for example, if it arrived with a minor scratch – but you’re happy to keep it.
  • Offer you a replacement or an exchange – Some sellers may offer the option of returning an item for a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
  • Send you a message – The seller may ask you for some more details about your return request.
  • When the seller replies, we’ll send you an email with details of the next steps.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
