We sell only high end close to original luxury custom handbags. Every time both our factory and the shipping department check carefully before we ship out the goods, we can send you the real photos and videos before shipment to quality control by yourself. We promise you 100% satisfaction.
We only accept Exchange or Return if the product you received a wrong model caused by us.
If you wish to return an item purchase from mrstylo.com please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition

Step 1: Tell us what you want to return
- If you wish to return an item purchase from mrstylo.com please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery.
- Go to ‘Orders & Returns’ if you have an account. You’ll need to provide your order reference and email address.
- Find the order you want to return and click ‘Return item(s)’.
- Select each item and your reason for returning.
Step 2: Wrap it up
- Place each item you’re returning with all original packaging inside the mrstylo.com box.
- Prepare your package by attaching your return label to the outside of your mrstylo.com box.
Step 3: Send it back to MrStylo
To be sure the Product arrives in its original condition, package and ship it using the label and instructions
If you’re returning multiple items, package and ship each item separately (unless otherwise specified).
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition.
- Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 10MB for the Support Team.
- After Mrstylo has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example if the return shipping fee is 30 USD, Mrstylo will refund the same amount of 30 USD to the customer. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA , Mrstylo will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.
- Product returns must be via one of Mrstylo’s approved shipping methods; our support team can provide you with further details.
- Personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
- Product in sale will not be eligible to refund in any circumstance.
We will not accept returns/refunds/exchange if you simply change your mind about your order or “better price found”, “changed mind,” “does not fit,” “no longer needed,” and “ordered wrong item”
Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping and Handling costs and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
- You must provide the correct Return Tracking number when filing the Return Form in order to get your return successfully processed.
- Once the Fulfilment Centre has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account
Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 15 business days. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Return Shipping Fees
1. Shipping fees to return the items are at the customer’s own expense.
2. Please consult your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We advise you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
